Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please review our cancellation and refund policy before proceeding with any transactions.

1. Cancellation Policy:
   • Once the project development process has begun, the client may cancel the project at any time. However, any cancellation request must be submitted in writing to Downtown Code.
   • In the event of cancellation after the project has started, the initial installment of 50% paid by the client will not be refunded.
   • If the cancellation occurs before the project starts, the client will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding any third-party charges (if applicable).
2. Refund Policy:
   • No refunds will be provided once the project has entered the development phase and significant work has been completed.
   • In cases where a refund is applicable due to cancellation before project commencement, it will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the formal cancellation request.
   • Refunds will not cover third-party expenses such as domain registration, hosting, or any other services not provided directly by Downtown Code.
3. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to cancellations or refunds will be handled as per the dispute resolution process mentioned in the terms and conditions, and will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.

By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of the cancellation and refund policy outlined above.
